SUMMER 2025 ~ YOUTH GROUP SCHEDULE

@ 2:45pmEucharistic Adoration -- Hey Middle Schoolers & High Schoolers! Come spend a Holy Half Hour with Jesus and a beautiful Music Liturgy, Incense, Song, & Scripture hosted by the SoV FIAT Young Adults. This event starts @ 2:45pm and ends @ 3:15pm Wed, June 11 @ 6:30pm Schools out! Movie and Munchies Night -- Kick off the start of summer hanging with friends, eating Pizza & Popcorn & watching "Carlo Acutis: Roadmap to Reality" In a world losing itself to screens, teenage mystic Carlo Acutis (the first millennial saint!) saw beyond our social media-addicted society and offered an answer— *if* we’re willing to listen. This event starts @ 6:30pm and ends @ 9pm
Wed - Sun July 16-20 Ignite NW - Enkindling the Fire of Faith - Four Day High School Youth Conference at the Univ of Portland. All high school youth participants (graduated 8th graders through graduated 12th graders) must attend with a group and each group must have a chaperone designated as the group leader. ** REGISTRATION ENDS MAY 31 ** Sunday June 22 @ 3pm SoV Corpus Christi Eucharistic Procession & Celebration - as SoV is a Pilgrim Site, the Archdiocese has asked us to host this celebration! Let's gather and walk as Young People during the 5.5 mile procession! The event starts @ 3pm from Sacred Heart Church in Medford at 3pm and the procession will Return by foot to SoV around 5-6pm. Monday, June 23 - June 27 Volunteer at SoV's Vacation Bible School - 4 years old up to 5th grade will be the campers..... but 6-12th graders are needed to help the fun & formation during cal, June 23-27!!! The camp is at Sacred Heart School in Medford. Note: Mandatory Volunteer Meeting on either Thursday, June 19 @ 6:30pm or Friday, June 20 @ 9:00am. Sunday, June 29 @ 10am -12pm Volunteer at the SoV Senior Sunday Brunch - After the 9am mass, Youth and Young Adults will serve brunch and play games with our Senior Community! Bring brunch food items to share! Sunday Aug 10
@ 5pmSpecial Youth & Young Adults Mass @ 5pm, followed by Dinner & Speaker at SoV, followed by Guest Speaker Dinner in Parish Hall sharing about Hope and God’s Mercy for Young People ~ seeking singers and musicians to practice during the summer to form this choir... could this be you?!?! ~ all Youth from our Southern Oregon Vicariate invited to attend!

LENTEN Spirited Hike
Who: Youth Groups (7th -12th) & Young Adults (ages 18-39)
When: Saturday March 22 - check in @ 8:30am - 3:00pm
What: 2.5 mile moderate hike to Upper Table Rock, with picnic lunch, prayer, fellowship.
Where: Check in @ Parish Hall - 8:30am --> Return to Parish Hall @ 3:00pm
Bring: Sack Lunch, Water, Good Hiking Shoes, a Raincoat & and Open Mind!

Quien: Grupos de jóvenes (7º a 12º) y adultos jóvenes (de edad 18 a 39)
Cuándo: sábado 22 de marzo: registro a las 8:30 a. m. - 3:00 p. m.
Qué: caminata moderada de 2,5 millas hasta Upper Table Rock, con almuerzo tipo picnic, oración y compañerismo.
Dónde: registro en el salón parroquial a las 8:30 a. m. --> regreso al salón parroquial a las 3:00 p. m.
¡Traiga: almuerzo para llevar, agua, buenos zapatos para caminar, un impermeable y una mente abierta!
